What do you advise a newbie to start from
1 build a niche site from scratch
2 buy a done for you site and build from ther
3 buy a site that's already waning.

i advise you no what you want, then read up on it
learn to no your niche and develop it, we cant say do this
or do that, as we all approach things in different ways

Start a site. Get to know the ins and outs. Once learned outsource and because you know what you want your less susceptible to getting ripped off or scammed

I wouldnt recommend to buy a site or invest big at the beginning. You can try some simpler like dropshipping or using to promote an affiliate program at the beginning. You need to understand what you are building before buying/starting a website. Just because it is trending or suggested, you should not start. I would recommend you to spend more time in learning, understanding and creating an action plan for yourself before you start.
