Hey,

I have no experience in offline biz, once i almost get a client but i missed it. Then again, I got no experience in offline biz. I know i can outsource the stuff but its feel scary right, you don;t know whether you could deliver. How if any of you handle this stuff ?

So what is your question?

When you outsource your stuff you become a manager of people and processes. If you can do that well then it's fine.
