starting off

okay i am just starting off i have my ideal site in mind. it is about anxiety disorders and how to cope with anxiety. ive been dealing with anxiety for years now and i am relatively good with dealing with it and i know how it can really ruin someones life so i really want to help people out with their problems and also make some money from my website then move up from there. i have a couple books i want to review for my site and post affiliate links for those books but i seriously do not have enough books i feel that will actually do any good for making money. i was wondering if it is just a good idea to get my site up and rolling, and wait a while before i put a book review section on my site maybe like a month or two after so i can gather a few more books to review? i only have two book that i have read and have actually helped me out and i want at least five. any good advice?

okay okay gosh lol. i honestly don't know if going that route would mess up the possibility of me being able to make money.

This is a valid question.

I would suggest to think about a needs, questions, or solving problems/issues/coping. When you start thinking about what people are needing, having problems with, or just want to learn more information about. You will be able to help others and build up the audience that is needed. To be honest, if your going into blogging for the strictly the how to make money aspect. You probably not going to survive past the first few months if that. I am just being honest and see it happen.

I personally, like to share you need to go into blogging in helping others or just having the passion to share your knowledge and information. While, I know many out there will probably disagree with me on that statement. That's just where I fall on the matter.

i understand where you are coming from, im not really trying to make a blog i am more or less trying to make a website with a slurry of information about anxiety and how to deal with it. but no one would be here on BHW if they weren't trying to make money with their websites. im not doing it strictly for the money but at some point in time maybe the next year i would like to be able to quite my job and just make a living in IMing. that is was every ones goal here at some point in time and still is for those of us that haven't started or are just starting. i do appreciate the help you gave me, and im not in it strictly for money because i do know that is setting yourself up for failure at least when you are just beginning and have yet to start or have just started.
