Hello, everyone. I am a digital marketer. I have several ventures online and earning decent amount. I am planning to start a youtube project. The plan and my hope is big.

Basically, it will be in animation niche. And I will have few people working for me. I already have few monetized channel. Now everyday I will create 4-5 videos (or more if needed) and upload. I will also boost on adword and do live stream as well. The target is to make minimum $3k every month from January 2020.

Now, I need some suggestion from experienced people. First of all, should I go for 1 channel and give the best to it? Or multiple channel in same niche? The niche I got is great and I know it has got great potential.

Also, I would like to know one thing about live stream. Suppose I have 40 videos in one week, can I combine all the videos and do a long live stream with that? Will that be a problem because of repetitive content?

Lastly, I know day by day YT is getting harder. But still it can be a good business to build. Give me any suggestion that will help me achieve my goal.

I am from the animation niche and it really sucks, CPM is low, too much effort for little pay. Probably it will not be able to sustain paying people to do it. To upload 4-5 animations a day that aren't trash and are long enough to rank you are going to spend a lot of money. Also youtube seems to be penalizing these channels recently for some reason (I have one on this niche and all metrics are falling). Good luck tho

I guess you are talking about kids animation. But mine won't be in kids niche. Kids niche is too much saturated. And all repetitive content.

why not build a story around your animations.... that way you have people always eager for your next release

Exactly, there are so much that can be done with animation. But the thing is kids animation is too much saturated on youtube and people are just making repetitive contents over and over again. And YT is strict on that.

YouTube is difficult but honestly, if you work hard you can achieve your goals. Do whatever you can to promote your channel, share it on social media pages create content daily and engage with your audience. I've heard animation can be time consuming and does not pay very well but you should try, let us know how it goes.

My rip: at the start when your channel is empty make a lot of vids but when you have like 25 you can make 1 vid per day.

The animation will be for adults not kids. So, I hope it will work good. And yes, I may share the journey. :)

Thanks man. I will keep that in mind.
