Starting my own PBN, Advice ?

Will do. Some of the metrics on some domains are just crazy. I don't wanna push it much with domain names, but when metrics are 50+ da /pa on some domains is just crazy.

Today I will get going with the first blog, I will diversify everything as much possible.

Great, i am still very fascinated to know that you are able to hand register such quality domains ;)

I think is only because there is not much competition in Canada, then it is only cause only Canadian residents can register them...

Do you have any favorite software to look up domains?

Yes, i get your point. One could get good domains in local tlds.
Currently i have my own custom built scraper but I have used almost all the domain scrapers in the market. Domain hunter gatherer is best when it comes to scraping speed, domain ronin checks spam more accurately.

I've been looking in domains lately and I would be happy to pick up some decent domains for future projects. Will look into domain ronin. Thanks!
 
It's up to you on how many PBNs you'd like to build. To the attached image, the DA and PA are good but you still have to check the backlink profile and archive history if it was clean or spammed/abused.

You can have one account at godaddy if you have less than 25 domains. Use different contact emails and be sure to get privacy on all of your domains.
 
Looks pretty good to be honest. Few pointers from me:

- Really make sure that those domains are clean. There are many ways to check and you don't really want to waste your money on penalized crap. DA50+ seems way to good to me, even for .CA domains to be honest, so I am quite doubtful they are clean.
- Regarding privacy, don't put privacy on all the domains. Diversify. Register a few domains with fake details as well.
- Don't use small cheap hosts. If you have to, then go to Webhostingtalk forum, where you can get yearly hostings for even $5, but those hosts are pain in the ass. Easy blog network is what I would recommend.
- Same CMS isn't a problem, I don't think that Google will care too much about you having 30 site PBN purely on Wordpress.
- Be careful with outbound links. Don't link just to your money site.
- Don't use spun content.
- Don't show the entire articles on the homepage. Do that maybe on 10% of your domains.

Nice points thanks. Could you elaborate on why you shoudn't put your entire articles on your homepage?
 
Because that's one of the absolutely simplest footprints for Google. Nothing screams "PBN!" as much as full articles on homepage.
 
My budget for each PBN is 150$, found local host for as low as 60$ a year, small plans of course, etc. I will diversify as much possible!!! Awesome answer Nargil, thanks!

Ok, why would google see this as a footprint? I imagine legit blogs also doing this, no?
 
Mate, that's an overkill. $60 a year is waaaay too much. Check the easy blog network prices honestly. Your ROI will be shittons times better.

Very rarely. 90% of the sites with full homepage articles are PBN domains. Really easy footprint to raise flags and call for manual review.
