Starting my adventure

So I've been unemployed for a couple months now and I cant seem to find a job that will pay me more then unemployment currently does. After getting my life sucked into the abyss that is an MMORPG I've decided to try to make money online once again. I've been out of the game for a few years now and my old strategies are too outdated and no longer work.

I've decided to try to make a couple of niche related websites to try to test that out and learn as much as possible. When creating your niche related websites how do you guys go about doing them? do you purely code them out html style or do you use a wordpress template and publish it that way?

Oh I should add that I plan on starting slow and trying to make money via adsense and not cpa offers and whatnot.

I would also like to add that any personal advice that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely wordpress to save time...plus google seems to like wordpress sites imo

If you start from scratch with no seo experience, it's easier to start with wordpress first. There are lots of free plugins and themes that you can use to optimize your website easily. And as projectv stated, google seems to like wordpress blogs.
