I am definitely interested in affiliate marketing. I am not sure what a smart link is.
I had success years ago selling day trading type offers but eventually the places I was promoting it didn't let me do it anymore.
I then attempted to promote personal health coaching (I have extensive personal experience and success with treating back pain and digestive disorders). I bought a course by Sam Ovens - Consulting Accelerator to help me do that but was unable to make it work by promoting my offers through Facebook groups, youtube, etc.
I then paid for another coach to help me find another niche that would work. That failed as well. I tried to put out content like Russel Brunson about another product and that gained no traction. I have certainly paid out a lot of money for these products with not much to show for it. Seems like the solutions are way too complicated for my skillset so I can't implement them properly.
So I want to start out small, figure out what works, and make my first marketing dollar since my day trading product 10 years ago. I think promoting other people's products is going to be a good start. Thanks for the encouragement and I am going to read and absorb as much as I can every day on BHW
Please do share your progress when you can that I am sure will also help a lot of people exploring the world of Affiliate marketing.
Thanks Nut-Nights. I went all the way back on the Making Money --> Making Money section. All the way back to page 2982 which has posts from 2006/2007. A lot of talk about adsense. I am guess that is too far perhaps. Can you give me an idea of how back you think it would make sense to go?
