Hi everyone, I was starting an Ecommerce site for selling my partner's product and we just have 4 or 5 different products that we have to put up for sale.

I am having two options right now either use wordpress shopping cart plugin like WooCommerce or use some shopping cart like opencart. Can you please suggest which option should I go for or something other than these? Also, I will be promoting the site via PPC so site load speed will be a major factor so please consider that aswell.

I have to build the site in a week so please I need help urgently and also can you suggest some themes to go with both woocommerce or opencart?

Personally when I was setting up my eCommerce site, because I was already very familiar with Wordpress I chose to go with that. However I used a plugin called "eShop".

woocommerce goes with woo themes. They at least play nice together. IMO market press is an attempted copy of getshopped. Neither got wrote home about. I am trying Jigshop soon. There is a lot to choose from. Have you seen cart66? Good luck

Wordpress is the best choice with your budget. SEO Friendly and can able to rank your products higher than expect.

I would recommend going with a Wordpress plugin such as Jigoshop or WooCommerce. Easier, better support, more attractive looking, the list goes on.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions, I think I will go with Wordpress and WooCommerce for now. Also I see there are some good themes at themeforest for WooCommerce, should I buy those or go with a Woo theme?
