What are some of the tools/connections/revenue/whatever that is need to launch and run an successful cpa network

You should defineatly go to google and learn about same basics around CPA and CPA Networks and also check here on forum around CPA section.

wow what kind of mentality is that?

I think he took the "Think bigger" to serious :D

Work up your way in the field and then work with some great CPA N/W for some years as a AM or similar capacity which gives you live experience. You will accumulate enough inside and outside experience and knowledge on the topic, esp a small part of the bigger business. Then may be...

Or pay a lot of money to someone to help you do that (Hint: JV with the right person). That would be very fast way to be a small or big CPA N/W.

And of course, you need advertisers, products, contacts, may be some middle men, lawyers to help you save your hide when you are in a fix, may be a lot of things... lots of money is the top priority.

Do you still want to start a CPA n/w? It may be more fruitful and less painful for you to be a CPA publisher...

OP, You are five years too early in asking this question here. Come back in 2016, if the world survives 2012 ofc :D, and you should be good to ask such a question.

Get your basics right about CPA industry first buddy, your question states you dont know much about how CPA networks run and if you knew your wouldn't have asked such a question.

It would be a very risky proposition IMHO to even think of starting a network at the stage where you are in right now, unless Bill Gates is your Uncle and left you few millions in Charity.

My 0.02$

Go check out AffiliatePaying please, there're already 600+ cpa networks on the net, we don't need any more networks NOW. Enough!!!

Try promoting CPA for at least 2-3 years, save up about $500,000 cash then and ONLY THEN try to start making some contacts in the field. So many startup cpa companies go under, screw affiliates, run out of cash and fuck over so many others.

By asking the questions you just did this makes it very obvious you dont have the cash or knowledge to even remotely start thinking of starting a cpa company anytime soon.

thanks for your advice.i want to build my own cpa network too.

another day another network...
what makes you think people will join yours? is it that hard to get into big and more reputated networks?
how do you deal with $100k loss if advertiser is not paying you?

Damn lets all start cpa networks.

You people have made it seem like its a fashion trend or something. Most of them are just clutter that wont ever be recognized by anyone anywhere anyways

Most affiliate networks out there use the same shitty offers. What makes a good affiliate network stand out from the rest are their unique/quality offers. How do you get such offers? By building up relationship with advertisers and it does not happen over a week. Nobody will share their contacts with you nor will they point you to the right direction. They don't need competition. In fact, they will try and sink you instead. So if you want to make it big start grinding and a you may have some luck a few years later.

well the idea is good . but the execution is equally tough...just because the industry got so many fly by networks issues already..

Sign up to all the best networks with exclusive offers, grab their api's and act as a "middleman" CPA network...

Take your cut. You'll have lower payouts but a load of good offers...

Why do you think many obscure networks all have the same shitty offers?... Have all these "one man band" networks really got $500,000 to spare to set themselves up? Nope...

Ugh, if your post actually showed any evidence that you've made attempts to gain contacts, make deals with advertisers, etc., I'd commend you for your efforts and wish you the best of luck.

However, you are asking us to fucking spoon feed you all you need to know about running a CPA network. By your post, you obviously think it's as simple as clicking a few buttons in Scrapebox.

I hate noobs that ask stupid generic shit like, "What tools do I need to make $1k a day?" But you're even lower because you think you can just ask for a handout and get a whole damn business set up over night. I wouldn't even call it a business. Your end product would probably be a shoddily thrown together pile of crap.

If you have the audacity to post a one-line thread asking about starting a full-blown company, then you have no chance of staying afloat. If you were a legit business owner, you would know to conduct your own research and find out what you need to know.

You clearly don't know what you're doing, by the "whatever" in the list of things in your post to cover all of the business elements your lack of intelligence and research haven't let you discover yet. Please go back to whatever you were doing before.

Ouch! If I was the op, I'd run away crying! Good reality check though.

Please tell me your not serious about starting up a CPA network? It's like asking how do I start up a BestBuy?" If you don't have immense experience and a lot of startup capital it is going to be nearly impossible to. And if you are asking about it on this forum... hey. I just promote the offers and get checks from CPA networks. It's a whole different story to own one.
