2. What traffic sources should I use? - Maybe paid traffic like pop and push ads and on which platforms?
3. What are my options for free traffic? - I've read about Reddit and Quora, but I don't really know how promoting CPA offers works there.

If you’re new, the best way is to spend time spying on what others do and copy them. Keep test, test and TEST until you find what works to make money. Good luck!

1- The networks you've mentioned are the ones that promoted everywhere. They are beginner friendly and you can start with them. Also
look for instant approval networks like https://gg.agency which will approve your application instantly and you can start prompting offers right after joining them

2- I've got my most success with paid. Of course it will cost you but you will have fast result and when you find a success combination between traffic+offer, you can make a bank daily.
Pop is the cheapest one and CPC is the most expensive but most targeted at the same time, so feel free to choose according to your budget.

3- Yea mostly SEO, Forums, Quora or even comments work for free traffic but you will always have to face with Ban that may happen every now and then for your accounts since
promoting CPA offers is kind of spammy always.

use the CPA offer as an incentive to unlock the content

make sure you show that your content is legit

having high quality content others will link to you automatically
