Starting CPA first time...

ok i'm planning to start using CPA for my first time... i'm going to create a landing page drive traffic to that landing page that links to my CPA offer etc.. I hear that when you signup you have to give them a website? I clearly don't have a website at the moment because i'm just going to use a landing page that's not yet created.. What should I put for a website when I am signing up?

Some networks accept without website if you tell them you are going down the PPC route. However, if you got few dollars to spare why not just buy a domain and set up quick autoblog.
I done that and said I get "500-1000" Users a day from a brand new blog and got accepted into 3/4 network.
