Starting Clickbank Again. Please Help

I would like to re-enter into the Clickbank Marketing. I have certain questions which I would like to get answered from you guys.

1. How to make a hop-link which directly link to the Vendor's Landing Page?

2. I will face any problem or ban if I directly link to the Vendor's Landing Page?

3. I would like to steal the videos which are currently present in the Youtube. So it can make any problem to me?

4. Which niche is best for a newbie in Clickbank?

5. Which product to select on what basis? What should be the gravity score, price and all that stuff?

Please Help me, I will be really thankful to you guys. Thanks

2: a lot of people link vendors direct page but based on the research I have done it will be bad for conversion. Don't try to half arse this. More time you put in the more money you will make)
3: some people were saying "stealing videos" from YouTube will get your video removed.
4: I do not know I am testing this my self at the moment
5: more gravity is more people using aka competition. Do research on what's a good niche or product. But don't forget you also do not want to go with something with gravity of 5% that usually means there's a small market for the product and will be hard find the target audience . 2: If you directly link to vendors page, it works, but the conversion is very very poor. If you've potential to sell 5 sales a day, this method spoil it selling 1 or no product a day. So always try custom landing page.
3: Stealing videos from YouTube may get you banned.

5: Start with less gravity, mean >20 <50 is good.

yes start with low grav. I'm a newb also and I started with a 100+ grav niche and I am struggling to get the vid to page 1. been working on it for a week and only got to page 5
