Hello fellow members
I am planning to start with a beachhouse rental site in east europe.
The revenu is not amazing but the competition is low.
The rental is only half of the year.
when i start, should i ask for a fee when they want to use(add from beachhouse) my site or i also could take a percentage of the rent.
or starting with nothing of fee to create more traffic?
i will do some offline marketing and will have some sponsership.
all tips are welcome
