Starting an online shop need some advice

Hi, I am in Canada and I am going to start an online store selling some cosmetic products I have several questions before I start,
do I need a buisness license if I were to open a PayPal Website Payment Pro account ? I use a dropshipper from Asia does paypal allow me to do so ?because I have sold on ebay before and they found out I was using a drop shipper and suspended my both my paypal and ebay account also how should I file for taxes? thanks all advice will be greatly appreciated

Good idea of starting an online store.You do not need any type of license to start a business, since everything is online you have to get an online certification and pay pal account for transactions. For more information consults some online market owners.

If you are making money with an online shop, then 1) you need a business license (wtf is ^^ thinking?? since everything is online?) and 2) I think in Canada you have to pay taxes on your profits and on your own income. However,

Paypal has no way of knowing whether you dropship or not, but they will ban your ass if you have too many disputes and are careless in dealing with them. However they do not require your business registration number for some time, so you can start without and if it works, just register a limited company.

Almost every law applies (if you have company and everything)

It's still not advisable to wait around for too long, though, as when they do want to know your business registration number they have the tendency to limit your account (and therefore suspend your business) until you provide it.
