I have an investor who is a friend I met five to six years ago in person. We're both in the United States. We're working together now. We're interested in starting an online casino offshore from Seychelles, Belize, or Panama for example. Who can we consult in terms of an overseas or offshore lawyer or attorney that is reputable in a sense in which we can trust him/her or his/his firm? We possibly have millions to invest in this and we just need to be pointed in the right direction. I have another question as well, are these casinos roguely serving US clients?: ACR, Ignition, Carbon, Juicy Stakes, etc. Thanks for reading and real feedback and input is deeply appreciated.

Consulted several lawyers/attorneys in Gaming in California and Nevada and said running an online offshore casino for international clients may be doable but serving US clients is impossible without legal trouble.

Can't help on your specific question but if you're custom-coding your games you'll def wanna hire someone to pen-test for weaknesses. Most vulnerabilities I found came from those while the major third-party software providers had fairly secure systems.

Hi, to start an online casino is very hard ! first of all you need casino online license and in united state i think is very expensiv also you have to pay comission to your country ... i advice tou to use crypto (bitcoin for example ) casino mean i put real money and i withdraw real money. bitcoin and other virtual currency break all rules ( you dont need casino license because is not like an casino, you dont deposit real money and withdraw real money ) so choose bitcoin

good luck

You can't do it legally and will be lucky to produce an roi in this insanely competitive niche before you are getting buttraped in jail. Don't waste your time and money on this "cool" feeling idea

Not going to serve US clients so wouldn't be breaking any law. Offshore online casino could work.

Contact lawyers in the areas you are thinking of hosting. No one here will have the answer to your question

Sounds like a good plan think you need a gaming license for one though?

Could be better! "I have an investor who is a friend I met five to six years ago in prison" :)
Shiiiit! But that what I read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK I take it back man. Intro sucks. In PRISON is what it should've been. I feel cheated somehow. Like an IM scam.

I'm not going to go against the grain of the FBI and serve US clients. As long as things are ran correctly and the integrity of the gaming software remains uncompromised and everything is done lawfully from a country like Isle of Man or Panama, serving international clients would suffice.
