Hello!

I want to start a weight loss journey instagram account where I can share posts about food and weight loss. I saw that there are many instagrams who repost from other people's profiles. Sorry for the stupid question but should I message the person if I'd like to repost something from their profile or I should just mention them in the description of the post??? I've never reposted anyone so far and that's why I was wondering. I also hope it's okay to share different articles/recipes from the internet as long as I put the link to them ...

I don't know but I think better rewrite, reimage something so you will have unique content and you could post your content to everywhere, not only to IG.

Apart from producing hq and useful content, I would advise to buy likes, views etc. Also The Lightining Method is good for promotion. Good luck :)

Until you get to a sizeable milestone (like 10K), you shouldn't probably worry about credits.

Use repost app for reposting. Also, make sure you are producing your content by yourself. Also, invest in Instagram ads for the account. I have lately seen many bloggers doing that, who were buying likes until last year. In a way, keeps your account secured and away from troubles.

Hey. I used to, when developing my instagram business account, find information in my browser and copy it. Inst was good at it, the posts got a lot of likes and saves.

Hi,

I m having an IG account in the weight loss niche too, trying to promote ClickBank affiliate offers. I m reposting pictures from other accounts in my niche, you can do that as long you give credit to the owner of the account you got the picture from. Once you write the description for your post include the credit. You can also go to Fiverr and buy "Before and After" pictures and use them to create your posts. ;)

No you don't need to contact them, those pictures are not covered by protection in most cases they just repost the same pictures for years. Just out of respect, put their username in the description, or just tag them :)

I recommend you to text those people and mention their accounts in the description. Also you can tag them in that image.

Secondly, try different hashtags in your posts and targeted advertising to gain new followers. Don't forger about beautiful picture of the profile and descriptions (those should be pretty readable ones).

Good luck with your profile;)
