Starting an Ebay business

Hi guys, I am looking forward to importing products from China to USA and selling them on eBay.

Can you please tell me why is it better to have aged account? Does it have to have reputation?

Where can I get such accounts?

If you're going to be selling legitimate items and are actually shipping your products on time, a new account will work fine for you. You don't need to purchase a "Stealth Account" unless you've been banned in the past on eBay and are wanting to protect your identity.
