starting an ebay account

Hello, I've just opened an account on ebay and want to do dropshipping to earn some money, how can I do it step by step? I've searched here and didn't find a threat about it exactly. I tried to sell books (dropshipping) and it won't allow me to put the "buy it now" and when i try to open the ad as a "bid" one, it ask me for a Card and I don't have one, can u help me please? Thanks!
