I would like to start my own affiliate review site(non-english), but the problem is that there is only very low volume of keywords´ searches (affiliate marketing in my country has just start becoming popular.)
So should I rank for different irrelevant keywords that have higher search volume ? can you give me some suggestions please, because I realize that KW research is very important.

    1. Only go for relevant keyword options.

    2. Take more of the low volume keywords and target your content for those keyword topics. It isn't about the quantity but the quality of the traffic you get.

    3. blog and they will come.

All the more reason to jump in there. You are facing a great chance to create the niche.

If people aren't going to it due to it being new, like in this case, this is a rare find. The traffic isn't there because they have no place to go and find what they are looking for yet...not because it isn't a strong or solid market.

They just don't have anything to come to in the local market...as you've said yourself, the niche is building.

Be the first and build it yourself by marketing your site to those that are there and teaching the local people to come to use your site as the source for those niche...create the sub niche market yourself.

Granted, it is a thousand times harder to do than jumping into an already existing market but, you can begin by adding your site to affiliate site directories and claim it is unique for what it is...your local language and country.

    Hope that helps.
