Starting An Affiliate Program For Our Company - High $$ Corporate Solution

So, our company is a digital marketing company. We focus on Email marketing and Marketing Lists.

With over 100 million consumer records and 30 million Business exec records we have a very large database that we sell access to in different ways.
We're building an online portal where customers can go on the site select the targeting criteria they'd like and then either download the data or send them an email / series of emails right from the website.

Our minimum order right now is 1k so my question would be what network would you suggest we join for a higher priced corporate solutions. For example it's not a clickbank product thats for sure.

I can't really think about how to promote a higher priced tech offering like this. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

The question is, in order to convert into a sale. Does your leads needs to be closed by someone or the leads come ready to buy? I ask this because maybe you are not looking to build an affiliate program to sell the product, but you looking to build leads witch then you can follow and convert them.
