Starting an Adult Webcam Studio! Advice Needed!

i live in bogota and i need help about how to open a studio can some one give me his e mail and help me?!
i can go to cali if needed but i want to start my studio in bogota i have like 7 girls wanting to work

I hear alot of you are discouraged about starting your own cam site. Trust me, this is a very expensive project to start. However, you guys are in luck.
We already built our cam site from start to finish. We have the best cam quality for HD cam users, installed a new mobile platform. Plus many more gadgets that customers requested to help our site become flawless.
We already earn revenue, but it's time to kick it off to the next gear. We are looking for partners to help with traffic.

Hi there I realize this is an old thread but it caught my interest.
a couple years ago I got into the whole cam thing and was setup with a studio I really enjoyed it but it was rather frustrating and really didnt like the way the studios really stuck it to the girls I mean really at charging them 60% doesnt leave alot of pay for the model or me for that matter I felt bad about even taking a cut so I just paid them everything and well they got mad at me and said I ripped them off.
it is really sad these studios do this. but I am opening myself up would really like to do this again if I can find a studio that will be a little more fair.

also open to any other ideas as well.
 
This website (webcam studio setup)c/o/m provides Adult Webcam Studio packages, i run a website with them and it's a pretty much all-in-one webcam studio package that they offer.

Our site has made a good amount of money from it and we are about to open a second studio with them but more aimed at male webcam models.

Then I`d post the job offer in job sites and also do some local targeted adwords campaign. Also I`d post the job to some popular local forums where women hang out.
Also i`d get like 5 good Logitec webcams.

Apart from this only thing thats left to do is signing up to the webcam pages as a studio.

So if you have any recommendations or advice on any part of this process then it would be very appreciated!

I have plenty of webcam models. Mine are mostly American some UK and Canadian. I require better than 60% or an hourly rate plus a percent.
 
I have American Models. Looking for a website to place them that does not let them go independent and pays at least 50%.
