Higher a good writer.
Buy a good microphone.
Buy some awesome channel art.

Depends what kind of channel you are starting?

If its a VLOG channel, focus on better equipment rather than "aged accounts" lol

Use the money for views, social signals and maybe a bot. Build social media accounts to use to promote your videos. Buy a bot like Jarvee to use to build other social media accounts to retweet/repin/etc. from your main accounts. Do not bot on your main accounts.
