You can get engagement if you post high quality content close to that of your competitors. You should use anti detect browsers and proxies only if you want to develop more than 5 accounts. 5 is not a hard limit since TikTok doesn't state how many accounts you have from the same phone, however, it is a safe number of accounts before starting to use proxies and anti detect browsers.
