Starting a streaming movie.. need your advice

Sorry for my english,I am a newbie. I started using wordpress free one.
I want to upload movies from G Drive. After I kinda transfer
videos to drive then clicked the share+, they block it and I cannot
share it like how they managed to find or whatsoever.

Is there any way, any alternative that we can get through with this.
if there are like DMCA issue i am currently located at the Carribean

G drive method dont work no more, not sure if there are other free methods around excep streamango and other similar sites, otherwise u need to use your own streaming server setted up.
