Starting a social Networking site/Community

Hello BHW Members,

I have read a lot here and i can't deny that i feel so inspired to do something different. I want to start up a social community in my locality that has ad classified feature, a blog, a forum , polls, chat, buy and sell, advertising and many more. I will need some coding and advise on how to make good money from this...

I have thought of buying a social community software from "socialengine . net" but not sure if it was the best option for me...
