Well to be honest,if you don't have a couple million dollars there isn't much you can do to compete but as a small project, standard things, make profiles on all social media platforms, post and promote your site and connect them.
But why would you start something like that?

You seem like a nice guy and plenty of people will say you can do it or that I'm negative but I see myself more a realist and I don't think you can, that is if you hoping to end up between the big guys.
But for underground, sure man but if you are alone it's a lot of fucking work and I can imagine it will be very hard to earn of it. You got a beta version online?

For now, I'm not competing with the big guys,Im working alone for now. Exactly!! The work is really hard. Had a lot of sleepless nights to get to the point I am in rn. Yeah...I have a beta version.

Good luck mate, don't wanna discourage you. But.. you do realize that even Google failed at releasing a Social Platform?
If you create something truly new and incredible..you will need (a lot) of money and business relations to expand quickly. Otherwise Investors will steal your idea and get their site bigger than yours in no time.
