Buyer has opened case for late delivery of my item and has opened a case. My item was shipped by registered mail but we all know except eBay that Covid 19 has caused mail distribution problems. EBay has forced me to refund the buyer and two day latter he also got the item. My appeal went to the trash can. EBay sucks big time for sellers.

Get on Facebook and contact 'eBay for Business' on there. They may help you and get you a refund.
I read not too long ago that eBay may changing to be a little more seller friendly than they have been the last couple of years, maybe partly because of the CEO change.
Managed payments may help sellers on disputes as well, not sure.
