You cant start any website for free... in order to make money you need to invest some money.

Not a good idea. Fatcow does not allow pornographic content on their servers, so that would not work.
You're going to have a hard time making money without spending money. If you truly cannot spend any money to get yourself going, then maybe your best bet would be to use something like Tumblr.

I have a brandable porn domain and adult hosting, premium theme and never used it. Any adult hosting you get unless it's dedicated is going to lag from time to time. Free hosting and porn doesn't mix I can tell you that.
The best free option you have as for content is WPxTube Plugin. It's for creating legal tube sites and as for paid illegal option I'd recommend wptubeplugin.

If you dont wanna work hard then you wont make money.
Steps in porn business are much more difficult to climb than in other Im business.
