Starting a New Instagram Group (Get more likes & comments)

It would be very helpful to find 10000 accounts, I'm sending my Skype right now.

It seems like some of the Instagram groups aren't adding new members anymore. I tried contacting some of the original posters but they've not logged in for some time. I'm thinking of starting a new group and continuing this group for as long as I can.
