One every day or so. Use Scrapebox to find high PR blogs and post manually to them with pertinent valuable comments. Find some of Paulie's backlink packages in the download section and use those to build some high PR forum backlinks. kumbhak11 had a great suggestion to make a backlinking strategy. Set your goals and expectations. Treat it like a business, because it is. Take it slow and then build from there.
