We already run a 100k+ channel in the luxury watch, but want to start a 2nd new channel.

Any initial do's and don'ts that can impact a new channel's growth other than the obvious?

Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Well if youre running a 100k+ channel it seems like you know what youre doing.
But I would suggest not to buy any subs or views. Botted subs wont interact with your videos, which causes the algorithm to think your video isnt good, which means it won't get suggested.
Theres barely any source for good views, and I always suggest to go organic with youtube unless you have your own system in place.
Other than that, just post relevant content in regards to your niche and make great fresh content.

Yeah, we've never botted on YouTube or paid for views, subs, etc. That doesn't make much sense in the long run. I was referring to other techniques that we may have overlooked. I don't want to risk the long term health or growth potential of the channel by doing anything stupid.

Do's: Start a new channel
Don'ts: don't give up on starting a new channel

:suspicious::suspicious:

Don't shout out your new channel from the one with the 100k if it's in a completely different niche. YouTube will try to recommend it to the correct audience via it algorithm. It will also hurt the channel in the beginning as the retention/CTR will be low. Learnt that the hard way.
Darn, I did this with my new channel a few months ago and it has been sloooW :P Starting to pick up now though.

When you say "shout out," what exactly do you mean? Both channels are in the same niche.

All the best :) That's all I can offer. Since you have 100k already, you definitely know more than I do.
