Starting a new business

Hi all,

I'm at a bit of a crossroads, I'm running a business at the moment trading cars, it's okay but I've done it for long enough to know it won't get me where I want to be ultimately and there's no real future in it. It's too slow and while I'm old enough (29) to realise there's no super fast money and everything is hard work I'm curious to know what you guys would recommend I begin studying?

Sorry for the open ended question but there's so much content on here it's hard to have the time to filter through it all.

I'd say my skills/ positives are:
- People. I've worked in sales alot. I have a knack of knowing what people are thinking and helping them feel at ease buying something. Sometimes I can translate this into written sales.
- Variety/ experience. I've done Social Media advertising, I've helped alot of friends with their businesses. I keep company accounts. I know how to run a business.
- I've worked for companies running an E-Commerce jobs platform and also ran my own for a while before the cars took over.
- Problem solving. When a problem presents I can break it down logically and find a solution.
- Money. It's by no means unlimited but I have access to a reasonable amount meaning investing into something I can see a return in isn't a problem.
- My girlfriend is quite a talented graphic designer.

Help, anecdotes, your stories, inspiration and anything else all welcome. I hope it's posted in the right place.

Select a niche you're interested in, create content around it. Build your audience (YouTube, email, social media) and send them useful stuff, with a sprinkling of 'buy this product'.
