Good luck with it. One thing on Deepseek since you mentioned it, the problem usually isn't the model, it's asking it for "a post about German grammar". Give it a specific question a learner would actually google, in German, and an outline of what to cover, and the output is night and day.
And do the keyword research in German, not English translated. The phrasing people actually search for is different and that's most of the battle for a language blog.
