I have done some research on IG and this niche. Apparently the marijuana businesses that are getting thrown off of IG have posted pricing information on their images/videos and have public accounts. I think with some general disclaimers in the profile like "entertainment only" or "all items were purchased legally in a legal state" or something like that will help insulate you from getting the ban hammer.
