Hi,
I would like to start a limited liability company, as it will save me tons on taxes. I live in Spain, but I pay my income tax to Norway. As I make fairly good money on my day job, any income from IM will come on top of that and will be taxed ~50%.
I prefer to establish a company outside Norway, as all my revenue is generated from US companies (and taking it through Norway will just add cost and more bureaucracy).
It will be used for IM -- but mainly for investing in stocks/real estate.
So, does anyone here have a guide/website explaining the process? Books? Which destination in Europe would be best? Gibraltar? What is the "best practice"?
Thanks.
