Have some sort of trait (hilarious, sarcastic, amusing, entertaining, informative) and MASTER it. Be unique in some way from the rest of the YouTube content creators.

Make sure your channel looks professional. I find video description also really important!

Well I'll try to be professional but I'm going to have fun as well, I don't plan on screaming like an idiot as I want to be genuine and show my actual reactions. I'm actually not even doing this campaign for cash but rather for enjoyment as I enjoy playing games anyway.

Youtube is flooded to death with gaming channels, not telling you to not do it. But be aware that there are who knows how many gaming youtube channels.
What is youtube? A video platform, what is the primary reason someone may watch a video? A source of information or entertainment.
Not telling you to go insane, but turn it up a bit since you are in fact trying to entertain people.

i would suggest after few weeks you contact few youtubers with your videos to get a view, subs boost if you get lucky somebody actually gives you a shoutout

Second thought..... What you should do is not make videos at all, but give the 14 year old gaming community what they want. I'm talking about you go to a college campus or make a creepy craigslist posting of looking for female models. Find big breasted ones and cut to the chase that you will edit, market, write absurd sh!t for her to say and all she has to do is show up and the first videos it will be X given to her initially and it will also be a percentage share.
Have her play in a bikini or do something out there to get that skrilla. I personally just wish I didn't have decency to do this myself.
