Starting a Fanpage (Need Help!)

So, I started a fanpage with my email and pass from my regular FB account.
Now, I was just wondering how to get started with it.
I think (because of the topic it covers) will generate fans on its own, without need of anything against FB's TOS.

After I start gaining fans, what do I really need to do.

I plan on flipping it, so I don't need to worry about monetizing.

Just steady fan income.

Any suggestions from start to the point where they flow in?

P.S. I have been reading the FB section, and it's ridiculous how much you guys know, and can do with a site EVERYONE uses, and has no idea about the possibilities it has!

I have a lot of fb accounts that have lots of friends of course, which i use to invite my friends to join fan pages/ groups. So yeah I suggest you make more accounts and add them some friends.

Plugging on some famous pages/groups also helps.

However, if your page/group is really interesting, even without promotion, it will virally become huge.
 
Well hopefully they will hit big, so I can flip them.
I'm guessing I could get $1k or so from 150k fans?

Good content, maybe throw an RSS feed on it, pictures, engage the fans with open ended questions like "what is everyone doing this weekend" or "Where is everyone from" etc etc

Whatever you do, do not post the page on BHW. Good luck.

So basically, treat it like a regular FB page, with the sole purpose of attracting more people?

And don't worry, I read the rules, I won't be posting any links :)

Our BHW member sold his FB 80k fan page for 10K$ at sitepoint dude ;)
 
Just don't use your personal FB account to make pages. Use a throwaway acct and then make sure to use another throwaway account as a second Admin.

Get more accounts dude ! You don't go anywhere if you have just one account !

Get a good bot like FFAP or even FW and add tons of friends to a lot of accounts !
 
Nothing gets "Viral" without a first push! You need to either hire someone to get you the first fans or either to work on adding some friends (techniques are spread all over this section) and inviting them.

I dont even do that. I just find someone a day later who joined the group and have no profile picture. Chances are, they're inactive and never will visit your page again.

I know its a stupid thing to do, but oh well. Works for me :D
 
I suggest you to make more account and add them some friends.
