Starting a Delaware Corp

What do you guys think about a non US citizen and starting corporation in Delaware or Nevada to accept payments from clients?

Is starting an IBC in BVI better?

Any advice is really appreciated.

I have read that sometimes Delaware and Nevada offer the best in privacy.

If you have a large portion of clients from the states, this seems to make sense. For non US clients I would have a seperate offshore account.
