I am interested in starting a reviews site and obviously I would like to import in the beginning a large number of companies with their associated reviews from any site that has such, like: yelp, resellerratings, manta, bizrate or anything else.It should import company information and reviews about it.Please provide me with the list of the software, scripts I need to do such, I'm willing to pay for the scripts/software but I need to have it done automatically.

Do a little research, bro.... Take each one of those sources and search for scrapers.
 
'The site' is the easiest part of the whole project - user take-up is 99.99% of the work there... good luck with that, particularly as you'll be trying to outrank sites that are typically the hardest to outrank (yelp, etc).
 
Practicaly You`ll fill your site with duplicate content from well known sites.. Better don`t do that.
 
Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do, getting a duplicate site of those with their content as well. The problem is that I don't know what script to use to be able to bulk transfer the businesses and reviews from these sites.
I've looked for solutions but even though I found yelp clones either as single site or wordpress them I am not sure how to transfer the content.
Pleaes be more specific if you know any script that could just create a company reviews site and also get content automatically.
 
You wont go anywhere with dup content son. Put in some work. And if there was an easy way to do something then everyone else would be doing it.
 
Thank you for all the advice, but can you please teach me how to actually do it? I really want to get this done and unfortunately I don't know how.
 
Scraping the reviews? Not a good idea. But you should scrape company info (address, website, telephone etc). There are plenty of ways to do this and import the data into your site. Have a look into the scraping world and learn a bit more.
 
Thanks for the advice, of scrapping I know I use it to get other information of sites, I thought there was something that could be done through apis or more automated like a script that would do all this job automatically?

I know the site will get blacklisted by google because of duplicate content but that's not the matter. I need to be able to reproduce a part of yelp or other reviews sites on a new domain I'll own. That's all.
Would anyone recommend a script/software to automate the work?

I'm sure they'll be totally fine with this! You should line up some venture capital while you are at it. Go big or go home right?
 
ok, never mind. I thought I was going to be helped with some practical advice not reasons not to do it.
