    I have some questions :

does the location from which the comments and likes come really matter just as the location from which the views are delivered?

are methods link building and bookmarkings really necessary to gain a little fame or maybe start something that will spread in the long run?

How good are methods like putting top comments on famous youtube video to generate traffic?I mean what are you're personal experiences?

aftering reading some books about SEO and stuff I just got lost in the vastness of this...maybe I am totally over thinking it and I should concentrate on making the video and start the channel then thinking about all this who knows?

my channel isn't indexed...and it cannot be found even if search directly the url of my youtube channel...I opened that channel with the costum link recently..like 5 or 6 days...not even youtube search engine have indexed my channel.

I also opened a twitter account and not even that have been indexed yet...I have basically no presence on internet...I just wanted to start a youtube channel and spread the word and be seen...

Please be also noted that I don't aim on making money off...I just want to be noticed a bit and starta youtube channel upload a video and spread it.

as a start will something like uplaoding a video, putting 20,000 views some likes 25 comments and a few subscribers help me with that or I realyl need backlinging and stuff like that?

maybe I'm just over thinking this...

Are you trying to rank for something in particular? Or just to build and following and a Brand?

Country where the comments etc come from does not matter.

You don't have to build links to your videos, it won't neccessarily increase your "fame", however, it will increase your videos ranking, which would then increase your viewers/"fame".

Top comments to get people to your channel/video is completely different for each channel and video you're posting to. If you had a top comment directing people to your channel about cars and the video where your top comment was, was about a Ferrari, it would work much better than a channel about bikes.

For videos, don't worry about SEO, produce quality unique content that people want to see and you will naturally get the subscribers/viewers. Reading SEO books is pointless, most are out dated and you can learn much more in a shorter period of time just reading this forum alone.

Indexed the channel for your keyword, or when you type the channel name into YouTube? You're sure you have a custom channel user/UsernameHere and not the new /UCureiu8439fu type channel? This makes a big difference in indexing the channel.

Being indexed in google takes time, it's nothing that happens right away. Be patient, it will come with time.

    First off thanks a lot :) ...

secondly so what if I started a channel and uploaded a good video and throw in like 20,000 views subscribers likes and comments?would that be a good start right?I mean backlinking and such aren't off course that important to gain "fame" right?

What does keep bugging me is that my youtube channel have a costum url which is not even indexed in youtube...I had a different channel tied to that google account which had a good ranking but I deleted it and wanted to start fresh....I don't know what's the problem though...
