just as LEC, MC, and cash uni make money from the people they hire... i want to start a business where i train people to ewhore, and then take a cut of what they make. since i would be responsible for paying everyone in my downline, what would be the easiest way to start a business and keep track of all this? what type of company should it be? what software to use to keep books? basically what would i have to do to pay these people, only get taxed for my personal profits, and not get stung by the irs... this would be the first time for me doing any of this so im basically clueless.
