Select the Niche first. Write quality informative conrent. Focus on keyword research. Build good quality backlinks from relevant high authority sites. Once you get good traffic you can apply for Adsense.

Just start. There are plenty of tips on here, but really, all you have to do is start. Pick a niche you’re passionate about, do some keyword mining, write quality content. Get backlinks and post frequently. Soon enough, you’ll be able to apply for Adsense or become an Amazon Affiliate. Good luck!
