Hi everyone,
  1. I have several SEO-focused websites.
  2. I want to sell some of them.
  3. I would sell them as "Starter Sites" (less than 500 clicks/month) with AdSense or other ad network approval.
  4. What price range do these typically sell for?
  5. I have several sites in the same niche, some targeting the same keywords.
  6. Could this be an issue for buyers? Should it be disclosed?

Where you gonna sell it? If you thinking flippa you are in for a tough one. You will be paying monthy fee for listing without sales.
Adsense approval could be an issue by itself.
50$ already sellers selling for 50$ at bhw marketplace.
Not an issue. For multiple buyers.

It depends. Even less than 100.
 
For less than 500 clicks/month, you’re likely looking at 12-18 months’ revenue as the valuation metric. If they're not generating much yet, the price will be lower, probably in the $300-$1,500 range. As for targeting the same keywords across multiple sites, yeah, it’s best to disclose that upfront. Buyers might see it as competition risk.
 
I see starter sites like you are describing selling on motioninvest.com for between $800 and $1250.

If you list on one website buyers will probably see multiple listings from you so you might want to disclose to them for transparency sake.

Do you think the fact that there are websites with fully AI-generated content, each having from 150 to like 3,000 posts, is an issue? The content is likely good, as the AI can't goes "wrong" on this type of content.
