Started my plans to make Five-Figures/per month

I recently read the more urgent a problem is, the more likely a person is to take action to fix the problem.

Using that bit of info, I think you should be focused on targeting people that have already graduated and are actually worried about paying back the school loans. Not the enrolled college students that are more worried about drinking, partying, keeping up with assignments and trying to sleep with their class mates.

I also agree with the other guy.... your headline is bit misleading "free tuition". Something better would have been like; "Get College Debt Relief!"

YESSS!! I got 12 conversions! (at $30 each, so $360 total earned) Also, I went to payday loan centers (like CheckSmart, CashLoans, etc.) and posted about 50 flyers around the vicinity around each building. Thanks for the advice guys, will implement on the next round of flyers!

TIME TO SCALE...BIG TIME!! :)

Great method. How do you plan to scale it up to get consistent cash flow?

Nice, that's a pretty nice return on your investment! Something I will keep in mind for potentially targeting some offline flyer promotions.

The obvious way to expand is to post your flyers on more campuses but that will require you to find new people that can provide the service for you.

You could probably really boost your conversions if you put a QR/barcode on your flyer and connect it to your website or a mobile app. Especially with you doing a pay per call campaign!
