Started my company

Yesterday I made my first sale. A local company wanted to start selling online. I found a developer through this site and I'm looking to make about 2k profit from this first sale. The company is aware that I am just starting out.

From here I plan to have my own site built describing my services and showing work that I have done. I realize that I have a lot to learn. I have already learned so much just by jumping in head first. So far so good on the web development side. I'm pretty sure that I will be able to make decent money just finding companies to sell websites to.

I really want to learn more. I want to become an expert at basically being the middle man. I want to reach into the marketing aspect asap. To do this I know that I have A LOT to learn. I need to know where to start. Anyone that can point me in the right direction or offer advice, it will be much appreciated.

I should also mention that my business model is to bring an in person face to a digital world that most small businesses know nothing about and are rather intimidated by.

I am asking because I want to learn. Why are you so intent on making a joke out of it. Yes I admit that I know nothing, I can learn, obviously it isnt impossible.

Basically, I am using google maps and seeing what companies dont have a website. If they dont have a google places listing, even better.

I am trying to find a decent niche just by trying everything at first and seeing what type of companies have the best response. That I will use a filter that combs through google maps for these specific businesses.

Did that too for many months.
Postted like 666 different classifieds ads, to find out stuff that interests biz and I like doing.
I even reselled instagram likes hated it. really. rather work in IT again fixing computers (true st ory):

not really.

but I guess, over the last 8 years of IM, I done aproxx 50 different niches. Approx 20 different forms of monetisation. approx 30 more different ways of getting traffic.
and doing biz, including classified ads, for clients or doing selling, I'd also count to 30-40 ideas, maybe more. cause I have an fiverr account, where I sold "crappy linkbuilding stuff in 2013" and even Facebook Scraping and like 10 other services. - dont do it anymore however.

I sometimes re-sell stuff I like or used myself in the past too . charge 5x the purchase price, and offer great service. people always come back. thats what most dont do. they sell cheap. then they dont have the time for good service.. customers get annoyed and dont return.. rather sell 1x for 1000k than 100x for 10$.

though, many of that stuff is coming to an end now ... honing in to stuff I like doing, there is market, there is demand and there is potential to live FROM it and also scale it. and > clients are mine too

though I havent done any porn movie site yet...

if anything, just NEVER trust dudes or companies that got money lended for free...
trust people that put in their own money, or time and gradually built stuff up.
that's how the EGO dont get in the way. and that's how they hold against storms.

Yeah, I am the same way. If you put the sweat and tears into something, you're going to be much smarter about what you're doing. A lot of the guys that get handed a little money to start something up don't even know what to do with it and end up losing it, uncortunately.
