Started getting PINTEREST Traffic !

Hello community

I created an pinterest account with IP in Australia, and i started uploading wallpapers.

As a beginner i don't know pretty much about Pinterest and how it works, so i want some tips and tricks from experienced users on Pinterest

The main goal is to drive traffic to a website and monetize it with display ads : Mediavine or Adskeeper.

yeah those are the key things that im running after, the account has 2 days that has been created and i will wait at least 1 week to see what do i need to change in order to optimize it, thank you for your precious advice.

Per your title, I assumed you've already started getting traffic from Pinterest. Whatever strategy that got you here, amplify and refine it to get even more traffic.

Though the past few weeks have been tough for publishers on Pinterest, but what you're typically recommended to do is post vertical pins, post on topics that are relevant to Pinterest users. You can use the audience insights and Pinterest trends to figure this out. It's actually pretty easy to do. Also, ensure your boards have topic relevant names and descriptions. Also apply that to the titles of your pins and their descriptions.

the account is 2 days older i just started, and till now no results showed, but i will keep up till first week then see what do i need to refine, thank you for responding :)

2 tweeks is not enough to judge. But just keep going. Ensure you look through Pinterest trends and work with what you see there.
 
Join group boards related to your niche to expand your reach. Consistency in pinning and engaging with your audience is key

I created my first Pinterest Account with Niche of : Tropical Wallpapers : https://au.pinterest.com/tropicwavebackground/

The account is created on 18 August and these are my first results

I have made 7 boards using Chat-GPT :

And i do 2 posts per board

Right now my goal is to reach till 1k Impressions, then i will scale up.

I made 0% investment, im planning to invest small money max 50$.

The main goal from this Pinterest Acc is to achieve like a side hustle and drive traffic to a website.

P.S : If someone got any advice or clue please let me know, im trynna learn from everyone and gain experience.

could you tell me do i need to follow the board or what because im ingnorant on this part of Pinterest if you could show me how to do it.

even i am beginner on Pinterest, but i do have knowledge from Facebook, because i work with the exact same work; for example i post news when they click on link they go to our website where we generate from users depending on geolocation.

and what's there besides the ad when someone clicks the link?

it all depends from where click comes from; geo-dependent for example : USA pays higher.
only display ads adskeeper for example or google adsense.

That's a good tip. Never assume you're good. Say "I don't know anything about it" over and over again. Write down new thoughts and experiments. Then do those.

You can make a strategy instead of an account.

Think about 10 years forward.

1. More accounts and more niches. They really cost nothing.
2. Use reposting first to test.
3. Once you get results reposting, create your own content.

Introduce basic automating using scripting, macros or programming. There are many browser addons for Chrome like Automa to do that.

It's not perfect, but just an example. You can learn making basic flows with it.

Yeah, i got your point but my priority is to secure the first "foundation" i want to make sure that the first account will generate me some money then after that i should start to make new accounts.

I cannot repost other stuff on new accounts cause the niche is different.

What do you mean by create your own content.

I made a simple script with automa to make a screenshot of insights in Pinterest; just to try it, later i will need to see any other task.
 
Hello pals

I would like to share my metrics that i achieved these days, i must say using chat-gpt for Title and Description and Tags is something good, im using PinClicks for Keyword Research.

Im struggling with Saves and Lack of Followers, what will be good in order to increase these two; i joined only one Board cause somebody here said it's good to join boards in order to increase reach for pins.

Im opening a new account the niche i don't know but i guess i will use chat-gpt for that in order to have success maybe i will enter Home & Decor niche.
