Started an Ecommerce Website recently, got some results but...

Hi to you all, recently i started and ecommerce website targeted to my european country with the tech niche where i sell gadgets and that kind of stuff , so far i had some success with a car screen with apple carplay but i almost made no profit since i spent almost the same amount on tiktok ads. Tried some other products with little sucess and i had to turn down the ads. I was hoping that some people here that may be in the same path could give me some insight or tip where to find products that can sell well or some advice with the ads. Thank you all.
