in singapore, every number is tied directly to a ID. so everything you do is traceable. the problem is that scammers use these numbers and bank accounts to propagate their scams and harm people. so the government uses this to clamp down on misused numbers. if you can avoid all hackers and scammers and terrorists, this is doable. this is why i dont do mobile sim services or provide SMS or calling service.
