Start with authority site or social site?

So I'm a noob but ready to get started and build something.
I'm thinking one of two directions to take. What you think? I don't really have much of a clue!

Niche will be bodybuilding.

1. Standard article site, best quality I can write mainly educational style articles. Traffic from google after SEO, time and authority.
or.........
2. Entertainment style site, traffic from facebook after building page. (this is were I'm clueless. I'm seeing others having success with this strategy but there sites and fb pages are established. Is this a viable strategy?)

Thoughts?
Go with 1 or 2?

If you have knowledge on both options then, why can't you try out both?

You can get success on both plans. it depends on your knowledge and techniques.

Nobody can guarantee your success.

In my opinion, I will start doing these two options at same time

Are you making it for what exactly .. clickbank ?? Amazon Affiliate (( for bodybuilding tools reviews and this stuff ))

However .. if it is an affiliate website ..Go for 1.. standard article blog .. it makes viewers trust the content even more .

You can Scientifically explain " How good is the product you are marketing for " in your review .

write more than article that is only related on your niche products .. choose easy keyword.

make campaigns on social media, buy backlinks keep it up daily watching where most of your traffic comes from and what topic brings you the most buyers and write in similar way
