start webhosting business

I asked this question back in early mid 2000s. People said don't get into this business as web hosting plans are getting cheaper & cheaper so profit margin won't be good. Big companies offer so low that little small business can't enter the market

So, its 2018, can I still get into this business. I know how to install WHMCS and get it ready for business. Should I get my own hosting or use reseller account

I have alot of passion for owing a webhosting business.

Cheap shoppers for web hosting. Mostly all online customers. Not focus in my area

I would not go for cheap - for any internet business, really. Your profit margin will be so low. I would focus on a niche, like forex hosting and forex VPS's for example. Or Bitcoin hosting. There are many opportunities, and going for cheap is like the most obvious one to go for and the worst idea.
